ABOUT
CLOG—founded in 2011—is an international publication that critically explores one topic at a time from as many perspectives as possible. While online press, blogs, tweets, social media, and other digital forums have drastically increased the speed at which information is distributed, debated, and consumed today, the ceaseless deluge of facts and opinions makes it challenging to assemble a holistic view of any topic. CLOG slows things down. Each issue explores, from multiple viewpoints and through a variety of means, a single subject particularly relevant now. Succinctly, on paper, away from the distractions and imperatives of the screen.

SUBMISSIONS
Submissions are announced several months before the issue's release date. Check News for announcements, and submit here.
We encourage individuals from any field or background to contribute. We are interested in all forms of critique and commentary, including, but not limited to, images, graphics, diagrams, and/or text. Ultimately, the form of each contribution should be determined by whatever most effectively communicates the idea.
General Requirements
Download our Submission Guidelines. All submissions are accepted digitally by email addressed to submissions@clog-online.com by the posted due date with this form included, filled out completely. CLOG is 5.5" wide by 8.5" tall. Each contributor should expect their contribution to fill one spread. Please contact submissions@clog-online.com if you have a question about the submission requirements.
Graphics
All vector graphics must be submitted digitally in .ai, .eps, or .pdf formats, with text outlined, or the font used included in the file package.
Images
All images must submitted digitally in .tiff or .jpeg formats, CMYK, 300dpi, and no smaller than 6.5" wide.
Text
All body text must be 500 words or less (not including title, author, image credits, etc.) All text (including footnotes and list of illustrations) should be submitted digitally in .doc format and edited according to The Chicago Manual of Style, 17th edition.
Rights
It is the author's responsibility to supply accurate information for the credits and captions. If necessary, please contact the appropriate photographers, artists, and/or renderers to confirm image ownership and secure publication rights.
